We have established a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit that helps us to offer quality products. Our manufacturing unit spreads  over 28 carts and has high installed capacity. Further, our manufacturing unit is supported by in-house designing unit, which is facilitated with CAD/CAM and integrated with various latest machines that are managed by a team of experts.

These machines are regularly checked, in order to ensure their effective performance and hence smooth, uninterrupted production process.

We are equipped with Research and Development wing, which is monitored by an adapt team of experienced and skilled research executives. This unit is well fitted with all the ultramodern equipments and tools, which further help us in developing our FRP, PP/FRP, and PVC-FRP products in sync with the high-end technological advancements in the industry. Our research executives also assists us in enhancing the production of our assortment of products by informing us about the latest techniques and methodologies available.

All the information gathered from these studies is carefully documented and sent to the production department for product development. It is also recorded in our archives for future references.
