Manufacturing Facilities
Our factory is built on a 3.5 Acre property with dedicated production floor, Stores, Admin building, QAQC Lab, Staff Quarters and Canteen. We have latest computerized filament winding machine, NABL certified Universal Testing Machines, dedicated stations for checking several parameters of incoming raw materials, Hydro Testing Stations, Separate Water Leak test area, Crane and other QAQP equipment.
We perform various tests to ensure high quality is achieved in our products. Following tests are performed in-house - Incoming Raw Material Testing (Resin and Glassfibre), Visual & Dimension report, Barcol Hardness testing, Flexural & Ultimate tensile testing, Peel-Off Testing, Acetone Wipe Sensitivity Testing, Spark Testing, Water Fill-Up Testing, Axial Strength Testing, Hoop Strength Testing, Stiffness Strength Testing, Hydro Pressure testing.
We also uses a state-of-the-art software called BlueCOMEx to design FRP/GRP Tank. We design each section of the tank individually to ensure maximum life in service. This software is an indigenous software developed by Bluemoon Fibre Tech India Pvt Ltd. It allows the user to input various parameters like dimension, MOC, Operating Temperature, Thickness sequence, Media Specifications, Wind and Seimic parameters Etc… Based on the inputs, BlueComEx displays various calculations like Wind moment, Seismic moment, Unit Tensile load, Design Strain, Design analysis on circumferential, flexural, weight and combined stability. BlueComEx also calculates buckling parameters, Nozzle compensations and Lifting Lugs Design analysis. For each parameter, BlueComEx displays whether the calculated value agrees with the standard or not.
